First off, good luck getting ahold of someone to make an appointment. They make sure they can get ahold of you to cancel though. They want you to see a NP so if you request to see a doctor they will call and cancel. The first appointment I made they canceled, wanted me to see a NP I refused so I took an appointment 2 and a half weeks out. I was supposed to be there first thing in the morning tomorrow. They called at 4:50pm to tell me the doctor would not be there, that they could reschedule me with the NP. Their policy is fo... read more

Every single staff member, start to finish, was SO pleasant and easy going (I especially liked the receptioinist!) !! I REALLY appreciated the sign that stated out of respect for patients not to bring in any outside food and drink (no one knows what it is to have to prep for that the prior day!!!) The anesthesiologist was so nice and explained things simply and easily, Dr. Basil Al-Awabdy made sure the procedure was a breeze, and even the English guy wheeling me out to my car was so caring and friendly! Worse customer service takes 5 days to get phone calls returns they act like they just don’t care.
Kelly Grow treated my mother for a stomach ulcer after one year and several test with camera down in her stomach she decided since medication wasn't helping to operate and take the ulcer out well while laying in hospital bed after surgery my mother finds out she has cancer not just a stomach ulcer but it was a tumor. And when she goes to cancer dr finds out its Stage 4 stomach cancer I feel this was missed several times

You need an online payment portal for patients. By only providing a phone number that nobody answers and they don't return voice messages makes it tough to question a bill that has very limited detail. I had one procedure but 5 different bills....
