This was my forth procedure over the past 16 years. I rate this company ahead of others that I have used. The entire staff was very professional, caring and reassuring. Dr K answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. The procedure prep nurse was outstanding, she spoke in a soft tone, explained everything before doing it, very reassuring. I visited here for a gastro-related issue and I cannot imagine going anywhere else. The staff is always friendly, helpful, warm, and willing to calm my anxieties. I love my doctor (Kajani) and his assistant (Jennifer). They have been so ridiculously helpful. The kind of helpful we seem to no longer expect because so many places have sub-par service. This place is a joke. Very unprofessional. Very hard to get info on your medical records also very expensive even with very good insurance. They will never help resolve an insurance problem and payment explanation with you. I will never return to this place. Also have doctors not covered under your insurance even though the Doctor you are seeing is and your doctor uses them to help him, your insurance will not pay because it out of network.
My wife and I will never use this facility again. There billing process is a nightmare. They have anesthesiologist that are not in the insurance network with the doctor which creates and expensive nightmare for their patients. So beware.
