Front office seemed lost and tired.Originally provided the wrong address for my appointment. Provider was the sweetest. The check out spent 15 minutes on the patient ahead of me. After checking him out. I thought she was going to call me but instead told the rep behind her that she needed to make copies. I thought maybe acknowledging me and letting me know that would have been more professional but she preceded to go make copies. I left without checking out.
This office is the worst they don't communicate with their patients for before a procedure to let them know what they need before and when you get their they like to throw the blame and don't apologize I can for anything. I can see why your ratings are low. For the nurse with the blond short Bob like hairstyle have your BMI checked out because you are one cheeseburger away from high risk with your rude self.
Absolutely don't recommend coming to this practice if you care about your personal time. Will be looking for another practice in the future Writing this review in the waiting lobby after they made me sit for an hour. The office is horribly inefficient. This is the 2nd time I've been made to wait for over an hour and this time I'm not even inside the examination room. I had an appt today Friday, May 22 at 10am and the wait time with this office was beyond ridiculous. Entire office seems completely disorganized. I was referred here by one of my doctors regarding a condition im trying to deal with. I waited 40 mins in the waiting room before being called. I was then taken to my room and thinking I was finally going to see the doctor soon, I ended up waiting yet another 50 mins before I decided to leave this place and walk out at 1130a.
