I'm supposed to get a colonoscopy as my doctor had ordered one. So she sent me here. Literally scheduled like 3 months ago and it's been rescheduled twice or three times. Something about the doctor had an emergency which I absolutely understand. But I have no call or no reminder so I give them a call and they don't even answer the phone. I have to put myself on a wait call for an hour to see if they'll call me back. The lady finally calls me back and is like oh yeah you rescheduled it two times lol. To be honest don't know why I gave 2 stars. I have been trying to get help with all my stomach issues and pelvic dysfunction hypertonic and it was they specialist in the group but they seem like don't have a clue about it n it really worries me that our health care system has gotten so bad n they act like get them in charge alot n get them out. This is one of those places.
