He was very thourough and explained every step that they were going to take and executed them with perfection. I highly recommend this company for all your duct cleaning needs. VERY impressed I was VERY impressed w/ the technicians that performed my vent cleaning. They were quick & efficient. In addition to the vent clng, I also purchased clng of the dryer vent. To my surprise, the vent was totally clogged. It took them extra work but they were able to clean it! I will DEFINITELY used them again in the future. If they had booties to wear over their shoes, they would score a perfect 10!
No pressure and No gimmicks -Honest People Bought a foreclosure for our family and had to clean the air ducts and the HVAC system. Got a great deal and great job. Honest people that work hard and keep the price as agreed. No pressure and and no gimmicks. Will call you again. Steve K.
DON"T USE THIS COMPANY Horrible company! After two visits by this company my system quit working. During the first visit the technician used a drill to put my vent covers back on and dented several. The second technician came out to remedy they fact that vents were not clean and my system quit working. To top it off the manager didn't call me back the after the first complaint and hung up on me when he finally did call me after the second complaint. I would NEVER use this company!
Very Happy ! I was very happy w/ Atlanta Air Experts. They came to my home and cleaned out all my vents and returns. They did a great job, however after they left I had a minor issue with some leaks due to an old faulty water pump and some old pvc plumping. Ron came to my home and was a true professional, he ran up to Home Depot for me and purchased my pump for me, installed it and fixed all my plumbing for me! Thank you for a professional air duct cleaning THANK YOU. You were doing great at my house. We always had dust and I never thought it would come from my vents. The crew came on time, showed me the condition of our vents with a special video camera that they used. It took they around 3 hours to complete the job and the results were great. The system works much more efficient and our house cools faster. I would recommend you to all my friends.
Fantastic Job We did a small research about duct cleaning in atlanta, and saw an ad of atlanta air experts. They were very polite, and according to what we saw , the did a detailed job , no games, no up sales. We were very pleased and even called the office to thank Dan and his crew. Thank you again.
