Typical bait and switch company. I called and simply scheduled a $99 duct cleaning based on their advertised special on their website. I just underwent two bathroom renovations and needed my air ducts cleaned from construction dust. They showed up and instead of cleaning my ducts as requested, they took pictures of water under my back deck (it was raining) and some pictures of a joist in my crawl space that had some old moisture stains on it (my house is a 1940 house). They also recommended that I encapsulate my crawl space.... read more
