Have done work at our home three times over the past couple of years. First time was an emergency issue and the other times were to address typical plumbing issues. They are efficient, arrive exactly on time and do a great job for a reasonable price. What else could a homeowner ask for? We have had other plumbers but this company is by far the best and we will stick with them for sure.

My wife and i had athens plumbing out to our business to unhook a dishwasher so we could replace wall panels and install tile on floor under the dishwasher and come back on Monday to rehook up dish machine. They were on time and did professional work. Especially would like to Thank Techs Chris and Jeff on the job. Very professional and nice. I don't usually take the time to write but these guys and there work were well worth money. So THANK YOU FROM THE JEFFERSON HOUSE RESTAURANT IN JEFFERSON,GA.

Athens plumbing came out to fix a leaky shower, didn't have the part... and charged for both trips. Total cost? Over $300. When I challenged them about it, they got defensive and angry. Terrible.

I had a water heater break and flood my rental property. Athens Plumbing took my call and had a new unit installed and working within a few hours.

Called about an issue with a water heater that they installed (flawlessly) about 3 years ago. I called and was told that a service call was $120. The next day I got a call to schedule an appointment and he showed on time and met with my wife. No work was performed since they found no issue and they charged $187.50 including charges for travel time (which I was NOT told about). If you use them, be sure and get a written quote for their service call because they will not communicate everything.

With all the rain, our septic tank backed up into the tub, toilets, and sinks this morning. Eww! We called Athens Plumbing and Well and they took care of us fast! We've used them before and had awesome service. They showed credentials to my mother in law before driving the truck on the property. Highly recommend this company if you have any septic tank issues. Fast, friendly, and affordable. Thank you!
