I had an appointment for an oil change at my residence today, Dec 12, 2024 at 11:00. At 11:05 after no one showed up I phoned the dealership service department. The response I received was that they had to cancel my appointment, but did try to call, probably what the phone clerks are trained to say. Well needless to say my phone never rang. I’ll bet Kirby Smart wouldn’t have gotten that type of lousy service!! I won’t waste my time or money at Athen Ford ever again. I’ll drive to Winder next time!
I purchased a vehicle by signing bill of sale, which was signed by the dealership, getting a loan and added insurance. The vehicle was hit while on their lot before I picked it up and they never cashed my check and the purchase didnt complete. Their response to the situation was only that it was an unfortunate accident. No empathy, compassion or offer to assist with another vehicle. We had a great buying experience. Our salesman ***************************** was great.
My buying experience was excellent, salesman I had was wonderful, helped in every way possible. The finance team was also great in helping in every way. The service department is clean fast and very reliable. These guys really go the extra mile to make you happy. Would definitely recommend anyone to go to Athens Ford for your service or car buying needs.

Buyer beware. When you purchase your vehicle and drive off the lot, you cannot believe any promises that are made. On 2/21/2022, I bought a 2018 ****** Tundra with ****** miles on it. All kinds of promises were made; however, I have had two issues and both times, I was told that these issues are not covered. First issue, was a blown stereo system. My fault for not testing it.
