Michael B was perfect for helping us with our daughter’s first car. He made the experience calm, informed, safe as well as joyful. Sadly, we had a bad experience at another dealership so we went in a bit deflated. Michael was the perfect person to work with and made us feel comfortable and confident . We feel solid in our choice of car!! I would recommend Michael to all of the parents of teens looking for their first car as well as to all of the partners looking to get a new car for themselves!
I had an appointment for an oil change at my residence today, Dec 12, 2024 at 11:00. At 11:05 after no one showed up I phoned the dealership service department. The response I received was that they had to cancel my appointment, but did try to call, probably what the phone clerks are trained to say. Well needless to say my phone never rang. I’ll bet Kirby Smart wouldn’t have gotten that type of lousy service!! I won’t waste my time or money at Athen Ford ever again. I’ll drive to Winder next time!
