.Calls are answered by a call center, Takes days to get a call back and then they take a message for proper person but they never call back. You have to wait months for appt with dr unless you opt for nurse or PA. This used to be a great office now you never see the same staff, the portal person who responds for the dr is rude. Used to be a great office. Now is Unacceptable. Certainly don't care for the patient.

I have been a patient of Dr Waks for over 25 years. He is very compassionate and through. He listens to all my concerns. Julie, his nurse is also wonderful.
I have had a long relationship with Dr. Murphy. I have found him to be attentive and concerned with my well being. He takes time to listen to my concerns and is responsive when I have questions or requests via the patient portal. Granted, there is usually a wait at appointment time, but that is because he spends as much time as needed with you during your visit. He doesn't rush through your check up.
Dr Bustamante is an excellent doctor.
I came to the walk-in clinic on October 26 with the acute arm pain - shoulder to fingertips. It seemed to have started after I was overextending myself while cutting dead leaves from a palm tree. Doctor Cislo was very attentive. He explained that most likely, I have a pinched nerve and that I should see a primary care physician.
