Dr D was in the first year attending but after a couple of years he got rude and don't listen. His line is I fix you or you will not die. He can't speak fluent german like it is advertised on the side. The staff is not clean and don't know what the most time to do.Ypu have to call 6 to 7 times the office to get an answer or a call back Refills are never on time or missing at all.. I've been seeing this physician for a number of years now and he has always been an honest and caring physician. He takes the time to assess and analyze, then answer any question I've had. I'm never afraid to question a treatment plan, because I know he will give me the rational for it without attitude or any hint of shame for doing so. He wants his patients to understand everything.

I had referral from my primary doctor to see Dr. Arelis Madera, her staff was really rude. When I finally met her at the front desk and had few words, she told me I couldn't have an appt. unless the test results from my primary Dr. shows anything wrong. In that case, I could come back and she would evaluate if she could give me an appointment. is preventive medicine possible???

Dr Matheiu has been my doctor for about 15 years and I refuse to go anywhere else. Every problem was rectified at it's best. Not only was he my Primary physician but mental and emotion care doctor also.I can never thank you enough

Dr. Delgado Sanchez has been my pulmonary doctor for 5 years. She is very caring and I feel as though I’m “family “ , not just a chart. This is reflected throughout the staff, from scheduling to checkout. Even if I’m in the office to see the nurse, if the PA or NP sees me they address me by name and ask how I’m doing. Everyone is very professional and responsive. My sincere thanks to Dr Delgado Sanchez and staff.

Doctor is great if you can get to see him. Very difficult office to deal with though. Been a patient for over 10 years and almost impossible to get an appointment within 2 months, pushed off to a PA or ARNP. Portal messages are answered by assistant who can't be bothered. Seems like a factory and not a group caring for the patient, they push you to use their labs who don't send you the results like outside labs do. Didn't used to be this way. Seems influx of northerners have taken precedence over established patients.

Dr. Baker is my husband’s physician. He says seeing Dr. Baker reminds him of the practices up north- where if you need medical attention, you don’t have to wait a month. He would refer Dr. Baker to anyone! In fact, my husband likes Dr. Baker so much, I myself have been thinking about switching from my present physician to him!
