Robert has been a great help to us when purchasing a home. He will provide competitive rates which are listed on his website, so you will not feel blind sided by pricing. He was able to explain all the noteworthy deficiencies to a person who knows the bare minimum about what to look for. Even a few weeks later when asked a follow up question, he was able to respond quickly with detailed notes. We look forward to working with Robert again if we are ever in need of another home inspection.
I definitely recommend this company. We needed an unexpected home inspection with a major time constraint. While all others were unavailable, Robert was able to schedule us for the same day that I called. Between our realtor and the inspector Halston (Robert's son) there was miscommunication relayed to my husband and I. We arrived for our scheduled inspection and waited for about 20 minutes and still no inspector.
