I had a very pleasant experience with Brad at At Home Properties. Brad was responsive and tended to all my requests timely. I ended up subleasing after a year and a half with AHP. Brad made that process very easy. I certainly recommend At Home Properties!

We love AHP!! We’ve been with them for 3 or 4 years and we LOVE our home!! Everything about the home and neighborhood is ideal and it is walking to our kids school and doctors offices. We take pride and value our home everyday because of how lucky we got. Brad and Melissa have been so good to us. We are thankful for AHP!!!!

At Home Properties has been absolutely amazing to work with! Our new house needed many repairs and Melissa Clinton made sure the repairs were done correctly and quickly. I dealt with Jerejene with At Home Properties, and she was very patient and extremely helpful, she showed me a total of 4 properties, (one three times) even though I took a while before finally signing she helped me get a great place and she even helped me get a roommate! Based on my experience I recommend At Home Properties! 😀

Noah, we understand your frustration. We did everything required and sent extra reminders/notices that your lease had expired. We were told by your roommate that you all had vacated the property and the property was surrendered back to us. We have reviewed the situation and are making modifications to avoid this type of situation in the future.
