Overall, I think this is a very well run and managed company. I would never recommend any other company in BCS. ATPM is a superior company.

I imagine for most tenants the property is more important than the management until there is some issue. Properly handled issues by management keep it all about the property in the tenant's mind. I continue to enjoy renting this property, and At Home has not done anything to affect that. Sort of like you don't notice the umpire in a well called baseball game. That is what At Home does and I think that is the right way.
You have been the ultimate Landlord even before we moved down here still now.
