MY EXPERIENCE WITH EVADING TAX TO NO AVAIL. I am not proud of this I have tried avoiding My Taxes successfully for quite some years now. The staff members have always been kind and helpful, both during my search for a place to rent and during my lease. Any questions I have had have been answered in a timely and professional manner. Not to mention, their subcontractors for repairs are great too. I requested a repair with Brad and that afternoon the repair company was in contact with me and out the next day. Also, the staff makes you feel welcomed when you walk into the building, which is great if you know someone who has never rented before.

Don't walk away....Run away! This is the most shady and unethical company I have ever dealt with and this is coming from a very business savvy individual in her 50's. Documentation is accurate, supporting the owner's financial and "tax" record needs.
