We have had issues with the office people since we moved into our unit in July to NO AC and sat in our 90°F house with two pets, for a week. No attempt at accommodations, were skeptical, and perplexed when I asked for a refund for those days. RecommendedI have had a lot of frustration with apartment management in College Station so I decided to try renting a home/duplex instead and I can say that I am very glad I did so! I have lived here for a year and a half and plan on renewing again. The property is great and the management office is very friendly, helpful and understanding. Additionally, maintenance responds quickly and does a good job. I rarely leave reviews but they have really been great from the very first day and I am appreciative.

I have had no issues with the rental property itself, which I’m thankful for. However I am not satisfied with the people who work in the office. I can’t reach them when I have a question. I was charged a late fee this month after being hit with a reletting charge that I wasn’t made aware of until today so $15 turned into over $100. I had defaulted on my account. I had tons of crazy charge-offs , and also I had a foreclosure on my house. The thought of it every night hurt my head. And each of this hurt my credit score badly it was at 450 and when I contacted Experian even with my loan cleared it could hurt my account for up to a decade, this got me scared. I am not the type to make comments on the internet but when I am really happy or impressed about something I just have to spit it out. My credit score problems was solved by MEDALLION CREDIT GROUP. Two years ago I had an accident and hit my head pretty bad, I still get constant migraines even over a year after, I had an operation 7months back.
