I hired AEHI to inspect a commercial property I own after I suffered a water intrusion damage issue and John and his team provided me with a comprehensive inspection and report which helped me put my tenants "at ease" (Lol) over a potential mold claim and save me thousands in lost rental income.
I always try to see if John or one of his team members is available before I contact any other home inspector for my clients. John has always been reachable, easy to work with and communicate with, he is VERY thorough, trustworthy, and professional.
