Grateful we used John for two inspections while in the home buying process in 2015. He helped stop us from moving into a mold infested home that the owners tried to hide. And then he helped us know about some issues with the home that we wanted...had the sellers fix it all and then we were good to go! The best!

Worth every penny! John handled our inspections for a brand new home found some major problems during the framing inspection that we never would have known about otherwise. John really knows his stuff, takes his job seriously down to the smallest detail, and does a fantastic job holding builders accountable for their work.
