No! Worst teeth cleaning I’ve every got in my 36 years of being. Had to ask for x-rays. The doctor was more concerned about his Colombian soccer game that was playing then trying to find out about doing his job correctly.
I have had several good experiences with Astoria Dental regarding actual cleanings, etc... BUT as much as I value good work, I'm sick of getting horrible customer service. The bar is already set astronomically low for service in Miami and still here we are. I tried calling to speak to someone before writing this, but what do you know... no one is available. Just an answering service. Where you spend your money matters. There are plenty of options in Miami. Don't reward bad behavior with your hard earned money.
I showed up at the office yesterday without an appointment, as I had just broken a front tooth. Dr. Lopez and the entire staff were amazing. They tended to me immediately. Dr. Lopez performed a root canal and gave me a post and temporary crown. I'll be going back in two weeks for my permanent crown. Everyone in the office is kind, friendly, and above all, extremely professional. Highly recommended.
Painless and professional. Dr Lopez is awesome. He explained everything and made me feel like a part of his family. I highly recommend this office.
