Application process was... (Verified Renter) Application process was confusing and laborious. However, once i started moving in, concierge has been so helpful and accommodating with furniture deliveries and movers. Tanya has been especially helpful.

I still do not understand why the building does not have routine maintence on each apartment. I would imagine the AC filters in some apartments are filthy and fire hazards in a few circumstances.
I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend based on the friendly staff. I would not due to the difficulty in getting in and out of designated parking spaces and length of time it takes to get to car and out of garage.

Run! This is Party Heaven for Smokers and drinkers! If you like partiers hanging out on the corner, intimidating you, blowing smoke in your face and telling you to go somewhere else, you’ll love it here ! Smoking is illegal in Irvine and why people choose to pay a premium to live here. Management refuses to do anything, oh wait, they stick up 2 $5 stick on signs saying no smoking and one is already ripped off. Management refuses to review camera footage for this destruction of property. Residents post signs in the elevators ... read more
