I bought a condo at Merrick Manor a building done by Astor, is impeccable in and out, also, one block to Merrick Place, very happy to be here, building looks new, but is 5 years old, nice friendly staff and my dog loves it too.
I have had the best experience so far working for the developer at Astor Companies. The developer treats everyone fairly, with respect and professionalism.
For the ASTOR COMPANIES to ‘SUPPOSEDLY’ be a well-known and 'reputable' company, can you say UNPROFESSIONALS? Yes, YOU CAN! They are STILL building the ENCLAVE building! If it is not MARCH it is in APRIL... I guess they forgot to tell you the YEAR! 'Flip-flopping' SHOULD be their middle name! By the way, they want the FIRST, LAST and SECURITY DEPOSIT BEFORE you sign a lease/contract! Seriously!? There are NO models to see, only 'plans' and videos of the units.
