Hi Have been her a long time. Perfect location. Buildings in good shape but grounds-keeping has been let go. Most of office staff is great. Most of maintenance staff is great. Neighbors are good. Noise from overhead very annoying at times. Thanks.
Cameron Creek Apartments I have lived here for about 9 months now and it is not too bad. Although some of the inside furnishing are out dated they do the job. As a college student I needed something close to campus and affordable. They are not the best priced apartments in Tempe, but the apartment decent and management is very friendly and easy to work with.
