Verified Renter I do not like this place because they do not fix any issues you may have and if they do it sure takes them half the year to do so
Verified Renter Do not live at this complex, the management is terrible and there are severe issues with bugs and scorpions.
Verified Renter Overall Sonesta is a decent apartment complex with lot of greenery which I love a lot. And lately, greystar has been organising bunch of Interesting events. I like going to these events if time permits. I would love to see more improvements in the apartment quality and infrastructure.

Good Apartment For the price, these apartments are alright. The interiors are well kept/repaired and updated. The grounds overall are nice, lots of trees, and grass areas for dog walking. Any work orders I have put in were taken care of quickly and correctly. If you are a person who needs a dead silent apartment, I’d recommend a third floor unit. Not luxury living Been a tenant for almost a year now. Do not let the apartment facade or their pretty counter fools you, this is not luxury living. The front desk will seem nice til you bring up some concerns and ask for legitimate answers. There are so many issues here, roaches, scorpions, bad attitudes at the front desk. This place is cool I am very happy about the service we got today. It was quick, painless, and super easy to get moved in. Denisa was super helpful. I cannot be happy about my experience here at Sonesta! :)
Pretty apartment nice people My friend lives here and I absolutely love her apartment. If I didn’t own my home already and was looking for an apartment this would be it. She’s so close to airport and Tempe marketplace. When I helped her move in the office lady was positive and went the extra mile.
Very nice one bed and office managers When the girl at office Denise showed me the apartment she brag about Knightvest the company that is there she works for when she said they care about the people that live there and employees I thaught she has to say that but now that I’m moving there and had to do the application the whole from start was good experiences. My apartment sparkles! My favorite apartment yet. I love love love how my new apartment looks and feels. It really does sparkle. The counters. I love them. The fans are like ac jets, the new modern ones. The huge sink makes me like doing dishes!! I have a pantry and storage.
