This place is the worst in customer service, my grandparents have been patients for more than 10 years, and not even out of consideration for so long do they fill out some documents that they needed, which would not take more than 10 minutes, the receptionists give many excuses not to let you talk to the Doctor, even the Doctor doesn't want you to call him, that is so ridiculous, they are so unprofessional, they don't have the tact to talk to their patients at all times, it's sad that your own race treats you this way.
