I have been a patient here for 22 years. Now that Dr. Joshi has retired, I am leaving this practice. The level of unprofessionalism I have experienced from the office staff is unacceptable. TRAUMATIZED FOR LIFE. I had a truly horrific experience with Dr. Moorehouse during a Pap smear. The procedure was so painful and traumatic that I was screaming and crying the entire time, yet the procedure was not stopped. I left feeling completely violated and traumatized, and I have never experienced anything like it during a medical exam. I am leaving this review to warn other patients about the extremely unprofessional and rigid front office staff at this location. While the doctor is wonderful, highly knowledgeable, and someone we fully trust for medical care, the administrative management makes receiving proper treatment nearly impossible. My wife and I came in yesterday for a critical OB/GYN appointment related to her cycle and our ongoing fertility journey. I have so much to say about this office I don’t know how to begin. All I can say from a medical health professional standpoint, how this office is run is the craziest thing to me. I’ve never experienced this amount of unprofessionalism. I would not recommend this office to anyone. I’m leaving and finding care elsewhere asap.
I had an amazing experience with this practice for my first pregnancy. Dr. Newman is wonderful and always took the time to explain everything clearly. Throughout my care, I ended up rotating and seeing all of the doctors; each one of them was highly competent, approachable, and had an excellent bedside manner.
