I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the way this office has handled my care. What makes this especially upsetting is that I have had genuinely positive experiences with Dr. Simpson. She has listened to my concerns, taken my debilitating chronic illness seriously, and worked with me to develop a long-term care plan. Dr Reinke-Young is a true professional but also down-to-earth and kind. As an older patient, she made me feel not only physically comfortable, but also emotionally so. I felt her office was a save space to talk. Her examination was gentle, and she is quite knowledgeable. While I was nervous about my first appointment here, she quickly put me at ease, and I was glad that a friend recommended her. I will not only return, I will recommend Dr Reinke-Young whenever I can.
I really liked all the doctors in this practice. They were kind and very attentive to my questions and concerns when I was pregnant. When it came time for my delivery they were amazing at helping me have the birth experience I wanted while encouraging me and being the best team behind me. Definitely recommend all of them.
I have been a patient here for 22 years. Now that Dr. Joshi has retired, I am leaving this practice. The level of unprofessionalism I have experienced from the office staff is unacceptable. TRAUMATIZED FOR LIFE. I had a truly horrific experience with Dr. Moorehouse during a Pap smear. The procedure was so painful and traumatic that I was screaming and crying the entire time, yet the procedure was not stopped. I left feeling completely violated and traumatized, and I have never experienced anything like it during a medical exam.
