Rescheduled my appointment due to a conflict of schedules. When I arrived to my new appointment I was asked to pay 2x copay fees. The reason being that I did not show up for my rescheduled appointment. I explained to them that I did not "cancel or no-show" but I rescheduled and at the time of rescheduling the woman on the phone did not say I would be charged the copay for rescheduling. Best dr. I’ve ever communicated with and a awesome surgeon
Dr. Hunt is the best ENT I've ever seen. He explains things well, is friendly, and has always restored me back to health quickly. Some procedures can be painful but he has a gentle touch that made my procedures a breeze. He's the best.
Long wait! I had a 6 month old and 8 year old with me and it was brutal. Asked if I could step to the car to nurse my child since the wait was so long and the receptionist said he was too busy to wave at me when it was my time. Mind you the office is small and it's literally 10 steps to the front door. Asked if I could nurse in the bathroom which is disgusting so I said no. After I walked off annoyed he told me "I could do what I needed to do" but still seemed very passive aggressive. The doctor was nice but not personable. ... read more
The appointment took awhile but the doctor I saw was great. He was easy to understand, was very clear in what he was saying, and made me feel like someone was actually understanding my problem.
