Great experience being greeted at the door!
I really liked the doctor but he told me he was going to refer me to another doctor but the referral never came. I called their office weekly to try to get the referral and I explained I am seriously choking on food to the point I have needed the Heimlich maneuver. And they would tell me they would get it taken care of but they never did. I gave up after six weeks and just called another ENT who got me in for surgery the following week.
