Great, good hearted people! They have always looked out for me! I don't have one bad thing to say about this staff! Their awesome! You'll definitely be in good hands while your there! Nancy you have helped me threw so much and been such a great friend! I will always be grateful and blessed to have the pleasure of meeting you and the rest of the staff and having the pleasure of working with you all even tho Im usely there after most have gone! My whole experience was great, except for the nurse in recovery who yelled at and belittled me for asking if I can text my parents and to let them know I was okay.
The staff and Dr. Cannon are wonderful to work with. Very friendly and accommodating.

The staff at COFS took really good care of my daughter, they called to check on her when we got home. I was very pleased with their professionalism and the care they gave my daughter before, during, and after her surgery. Thank you COFS!!!
