Dr Novak is a wonderful Doctor, and is always patient and gentle when providing treatment. I have been seeing him for years.
How does Jamie have a job anywhere it's scary.
I want to emphasize that Dr. Yale and the rest of the staff have always been kind, professional, and have provided excellent care. We have never had any concerns about the quality of treatment. However, I recently became aware of information regarding one of the employees, Jamie, that raised serious concerns for me.
