Like others I wish I could write it negative 10. First and only appointment this morning. They drug tested me I filled out a paper but five pages long about pill counts and pee tests and such and what pharmacy do you want your medicine sent to only to get to see the nurse practitioner Grimm! I told him I had spinal fusion 14 years ago in my neck and I was out of gabapentin and had to switch doctors and my doctor finally got me in with him. We don't offer pills we could do injections oh wait that's in your neck we can't do it... read more
Went to my first appointment earlier this week and it will be my last! I was horrified that the doors are even open! I felt like I needed a tetanus shot after leaving this facility. So many red flags. Unprofessional, unsanitary, one of the worst medical practices (if you want to call it that) I have ever stepped foot into. I caution anyone who is referred or makes an appointment with this place. The medical board and Health Department definitely need to make a surprise visit to this place!
Friendly, helpful. I finally feel like someone wants to help me.
The staff is so courteous and polite. I look forward to visiting them 😁
