Currently sitting in the waiting room after being told we were late for an appointment (we weren't) and that we'd have to wait for 3 extra hours. Now, we've watched them take multiple people who were also "late" because "they filled out their paperwork online". They have all of our paperwork, information, everything. These guys are awesome. I get in there very fast and everyone is always pleasant.
No one at this office is especially pleasant and rarely is a smile on anyone's face seen. It would be far better for everyone involved in the care of the patients coming in. Written documents are demanded to be signed and adhered to bbht as far as the people who work in the environment it's not easy after making a trip there from a very distant place and many times earlier than what is considered normal outside of what is available and works for both sides for them and ourselves.
