This was my second time coming to this facility. All I have to say is I will never go back. As soon as I got there, the lady at the front desk was very rude. Had an attitude kept mean mugging me after I asked her what her problem is and why she is acting the way she is. Then I get back to the room and the nurse practitioner comes in with an attitude and tells me that we’re not off to a good start. Have been trying to schedule a medical procedure since May. Never received call backs, hardly ever reach a real person on the phone, clinical manager voicemail box is full, "promised" numerous times a call back to schedule and have never received it. Overall terrible experience. Going to have the VA send me somewhere else.
Associated Pain Specialists was sued by the GOVERNMENT in 2016 for overcharging Medicaid and Medicare. They ordered obviously unnecessary procedures for hundreds of patients and settled for $400,000. Nobody went to jail for this crime. They scammed me and lied on my drug screens, gave me one 5mg hydrocodone per day, I complied for the first two months, it was LITERALLY TORTURE. Doctor is wonderful, but nurses are the ones that take care of your pills and I have been on pain mgt since 2008 and I am 73 to soon be 74 . They made up things about me, because I came to Tn from SC and I was already on the meds that I was taking. They accused me of taking Valium which I have taken. Anxiety pills were from my husbands death of 50 years and I had the prescription. Don't waste your time at this place! They put me through the wringer at my first appointment and didn't give me any pain medication because they did not have my records from my last PM doctor. Nothing was ever mentioned about obtaining any records before my appointment. When they took my urine sample, a nurse wss in the restroom watching me. Then she wanted to do blood work and take another urine sample for some other test. She wanted to see me in 3 weeks and scheduled a follow up appointment. I'm not going back. Trust me! D... read more
