If it were at all possible to give this company no stars I would have. I have been coming to this office for over a year, I have my grandson with me half of the time that I go here, I went in today and they let me sit for 20 minutes, do my UA and all, then called me up to the counter to tell me that I can’t be seen today because he is with me and it is company policy. Everyone from front desk, Medical assistant, X-ray tech and Dr. Were all so nice. Dr. Shannon listened thoroughly to all of my concerns & chronic conditions. I'm glad I was referred to such a great place with such caring providers.
Ive had a total knee replacement surgery and all kinds of shots and procedures done but nothing has helped except medication and because I'm on anxiety medication and its "dangerous" they basically told me that I'll have to go to the street to buy the medication I need that helps me even though my surgeon and family has had me on that medication before just fine before this place is a joke and doesn't care about people.
I went to my first appointment and didn't even get to see the actual physician!! The nurse practitioner was going to examine me and recommend my treatment alternatives before even viewing my blood work, MRI and X-rays!! What a racket!! I walked out of there and reported them to the medical board .
Would give zero stars if an option. Just got dropped cold from the med program because my ua showed signs of a med given to me while I was in hospital. I reported the med, still did not matter. The female physician is very cold, very unsympathetic. Waste of time and energy going here.
