recommend this place for wisdom teeth removal!! filled out an online consultation, went in for X-rays and had a phone consultation all in the same week!! scheduled the surgery for the week later!! I hate the dentist with a passion but felt very comfortable with everything. I walked in the building at 745am and was in bed at home by 10am. I remember the doctor saying he was giving me sleepy drugs and then I remember waking up and being moved to recovery and my mom coming in. With a broken & infected tooth, an extraction was necessary. The surgery was performed two weeks ago, and I can honestly say this was one of the most professional & painless experiences I have had. Dr. Otte & his Team were thorough from the initial consultation through the post surgery follow up this morning. I followed the directions post surgery to a “T”, and had NO pain, NO swelling, NO bleeding etc. I would recommend them 100%
I had a broken tooth, which was extracted by Dr. Otte. I had the best experience ever. I was so excited when he told me he was able to get the tooth out, and didn’t have problems. I was awake the whole time, but they kept me calm. I cannot say thank you enough to Dr. Otte and his staff, for all of the help they gave me, getting me in at the last minute too. Dr Schroeder was great. Made us feel at ease for my teens wisdom teeth surgery. Staff was good with having everyone wash hands when arriving due to covid 19. Definately recommend Dr Schroeder for your teeth needs.
Dr. Schroeder was great. Understanding and easy to work with. Jamie the clinic manager not so much. Tried to have us reschedule due to me wanting to stay away from other people and wait in my car. I was under the weather a few weeks back and don’t want to catch anything again or give anything to anyone. Jamie was refusing treatment. Asked for the policy or to talk to Dr. Schroeder.
