Just had my blood work taken at this location by Dez snow. She is VERY rude and showed very little compassion. I am absolutely petrified of getting my blood work taken & she made my experience 100x worse. I told her I can't look or ill pass out. She definitely didnt care. At the end she had the audacity after I told her I can't look. She showed me all the bottles of blood she just took to ask me if my name was spelled correctly on them.
