The staff at the Grandview location is always pleasant and professional. If I were management I would be trying to clone those amazing people. Location is always clean too.
Doctor ordered bloodwork which needed to be done through ACL. I googled their locations and found this one only a mile away. Location has plenty of parking in an old plaza and was easy to find. Waiting area was small but clean and was not busy when I arrived at 11:30. Showed up WITHOUT an appointment and used the kiosk to sign in and scan cards.
