The staff at the Grandview location is always pleasant and professional. If I were management I would be trying to clone those amazing people. Location is always clean too.
Doctor ordered bloodwork which needed to be done through ACL. I googled their locations and found this one only a mile away. Location has plenty of parking in an old plaza and was easy to find. Waiting area was small but clean and was not busy when I arrived at 11:30. Showed up WITHOUT an appointment and used the kiosk to sign in and scan cards. Quest diagnostics wants you to use the website to schedule appointments but the website is by no means user friendly and has missing links to continue with making an appointment.
Go to any other location. They lost my blood and now I have to schedule another appointment to get it redrawn. Also this location smells like stale food.
