Went in fot routine blood work. The phebotomist Marge was stressed out complaining that they only has two employees and that there were no appointments til 1pm. I asked if she could register me as a walk in and there was an 11:30 appointment open. She brought me back right away and said "do you mind if I rush you through?" I said I preferred not to rush because I am not an easy draw and would need a butterfly needle (thinner used for children or people whos blood is hard to get) on my hand because veins in both my arms were ... read more
