I went to ACL 1 hour and 15 minutes before I had to go to work. Work was close. I sat there over 50 min and still had not been waited on. There were other clients waiting also. However, by 12:40pm I had to leave for work. Shortly before I left a woman came in, did not have an appointment and was seen shortly after while the rest of us sat there waiting.
