Their employees are acting as swindlers. In particular, Ivana Kojic. Conspiring between an administrator and a resident which also a strata council, against other residents. Ivana gave me the impression of a corrupt and vicious person, aggressive, who has no sympathy whatsoever. She is unreliable since she has no problem believing someone's accusations, even if there is no justification or evidence to support it. Being a homeowner that lives in a neighborhood managed by this company, I'm appalled at how they handle homeowner concerns and lack of communication. We have reached out to our property manager Daniel Reinhold several times via email and phone and have received no response. It has been several weeks with no response. Received a violation for having our car parked slightly on OUR grass.
