Absolute worst HOA on the planet. I cannot even be bothered to explain why.... You all should be ashamed of yourselves.
One star is honestly too generous for Prescott Companies. As a member of the Board of Directors for our community, I can confidently say that our experience with Prescott since 2018 has been nothing short of a nightmare. Where do I even begin? We hired HMI as our management company 4 years ago. HMI has provided great counsel concerning many issues for our HOA. Their constant support has directed us to develop reserves, helped our HOA to secure a line of credit to be used only in case of an emergency. We are former condominium owners at Stone Creek, Alden Bridge, The Woodlands. Texas. The HOA for the community is PMG with PMG contacts being Penny Prothro and Wendy Chaires. We sold our unit on 25-August-2023. Despite no longer being property owners, PMG withdrew the HOA fee from our checking account approximately 5-Sep-2023. The refund amount is not in dispute. I've been waiting for Principal Management Group of North Texas to post and refund a payment that was made electronically through my bank that they say they never received....from JANUARY! My bank has provided all the information they've requested documenting the payment was made, received, credited, etc...going back to March. They've, ignored, re-routed and continue to ignore the information. It's beyond human understanding at this point...so I'm heading to an attorney.
