This company is atrocious. The one thing that a management company needs to do is communicate. This company cannot do that. It has a call center set up to prevent direct contact with managers, and the call center has no way of knowing what the mangers are doing.
When you listen to their salesperson and read their detail that they provide in their contract literature, Associa Gulf Coast (ASG) looks great! The answer to your prayers!! But once you have signed, the services listed vaporize. Financials are a nightmare. You have to call them to get them...otherwise who knows when they would show up. They are inaccurate (a company in TX does them). Some of our members dropped checks off at their office, only to not have the checks credited to their account.
