Terrible company, lacks structure and doesn't properly educated their caregivers.
I cannot say enough positive words about the staff - Greg/Laura/Amanda have made it work. Whether dealing with last minute care requests, great care suggestions and assisting with billing for long term care insurance - they were always on it. Thank you!
My experience with Assisting Hands was nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to warn others. Their brochure made it look like they offered a variety of helpful services and high-quality care, but in reality, they delivered nothing but a complete disaster. The caregivers they sent were completely useless—my dog could have done a better job.
