I feel like I need to spit when I was kind of asked to swallow they sold two properties for me one took over 6 months and I think I probably made the sale happen because I met with the buyer and the buyer's agent at the home. On the second property I had to pay a $20,000 premium for financing for the buyer and still ended up short after I told the agent what I needed out of the sale.the sale. He collected commission from me and on the extra $20,000 I had to pay
