Great service! Got a Hitch Mount Rack as a gift and they installed it for me. I also had my bikes in for tune-ups a few times. Will always come back.
I bought a set of their carbon fiber rims. The back rim melted last week. Apparently i braked to hard. The owner said they were durable... He lied to me in the worst way. I couldn't even get a discount on replacing the rim let alone my money back. This is the worst bike shop experience I have ever had and I ride thousands of miles a year.. I am so disappointed
