Bought a Bianca. Love it!
Stopped in yesterday looking for new tires for my bike. I expected to have to leave my wheels but that was not the case. I had a type of tire in mind and they helped me select one that met my needs. For a small fee for labor per tire I was on my way in under 15 min. I'll be back for future bike needs. Thank you!
Went to their fix a flat class that was offered @ no cost, was so well done and helpful, instructor was great and knowledgeable, didn’t try to sell me anything can’t wait to go back and do another & try their bike trainer seminars
Just took my bike out for a spin and it feels like a brand new bike. Thanks Assabet for the GREAT spring tune up! Great location and easy drop off for bikes. And I love the vintage bike posters hanging all around the store🚴
I bought my Fuji road bike here, and the guys have been great to work with and keeping me tuned up and riding. Very friendly, knowledgeable staff, very fair prices, a great place to go!
Fantastic service. Highly recommended. We tried eight bikes and adjustments, and found the perfect bikes for us. Staff was patient and knowledgeable. We also have a unique schedule and we were offered a tuneup schedule that met our needs.
I just brought in my kids bike to have the brakes looked at. They were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend.
