I just received my bike (one that I had in my basement for about 6 years) and they did excellent work. Highly recommended
I just bought my new Bianchi Cortina from Doug and Travis third past Saturday and it was the best retail buying experience I have EVER HAD! Even with all the necessary precautions due to Covid 19, they were super nice, helpful and showed me 3 bikes before I chose the right one for me. I just went back today and had Doug it on a new kick stand and it took him only 5 minutes! I highly recommend them and I will not be going anywhere else!
I've always received great service there at very fair prices. They are my favorite bike shop.
Last Fall I bought my 12-year-old daughter a nice quality bike here, we decided to get a second bike yesterday for my 14-year-old. I called first to let them know she was coming, told them my price range and they set out some bikes for her to choose from. She came home with a new bike, and very happy, and I was very happy she stayed in my price range. Had a flat tire this evening around 7:30 pm and was standing outside the shop as it was after working hours. Owner Doug saw my plight as he was heading out and kindly helped with putting a new tube and got me on my way. I didn’t have cash with me and he was happy to help! There are really some good people in the world and I owe Doug big time! Thanks and I highly recommend Assabet river cycles!!!
Very nice n knowledge people. Did a great tunip and have given me great advice as I start a new hobby in entering in triathlons.
