They can improve by having more receptionist to help people. We stand inline for an appointment 15 min early for you. We are late to Dr. because of wating in line so long. Of course Dr. runs late then and it all snowballs for the rest of the day. If only you would fill those empty desk with people who can help.
RecommendedFrom ER through Palliative my father was treated with respect and compassion. The doctors, nurses and CNAs took time to listen to him even when he wasn’t making sense. They didn’t complain about our large, loud family basically moving in to dad’s room for a week. They went above and beyond to make sure we also had our needs met. Beautiful facilities, compassionate staff...thank you for your care.

RecommendedAll the doctors I have at Aspirus take time with you and address your medical problems. Not like Ascension that treats you like you you are on a conveyor belt. Those doctors can't wait to get you out of their office!
RecommendedI have been in and out of the Wausau Aspirus hospital several times since October of 2018 with heart related issues and most recently for a Defibrillator surgery. The doctors, nurses, cna's and the rest of the support staff are truly impeccable as with all the staff at the Heart and Vascular Center. I highly recommend them all !!!!!!
