It’s too bad the only option I have for heath care is aspirus in wausau. Wish I would have the option of going to marshfield clinic. Both of my visits have been worthless and a waste of time and money. Thanks for wasting my time, money and my premiums. Every single person was rude from the moment I got there to questions about billing. I would be ashamed and embarrassed if this was somewhere I worked.
From the "great catch" suspicions of my PA at Aspirus Ironwood and subsequent referral to a Wausau Urologist and additional referral to a general surgeon in Rhinelander, to the actual surgery at Aspirus Wausau, I'm alive and on my way to being cancer-free. I also need to recognize the unbelievably professional nursing staff of the Aspirus Wausau Oncology Care Unit. Thank you to all of you who were involved with providing me with world-class care. You are THE BEST!
Cardiology unit and entire staff is absolutely outstanding. A special thank you to DR. Rist , Electro physiology cardiologist, who operated on me flawlessly. Aspirus Cardiology has lived up to its true reputation of being one of the finest Cardiology units in the country and right here in our own back door. Had an appointment today in Wausau, with Dr. Stysly, one of your pulmonary doctors. He was amazing. He explained everything to my husband and myself in terms we could understand and set up a date for a procedure I will be having done next week. The reception girls as well as the nurses that checked me in to the examining room were very professional and caring. It makes a person feel not so nervous to have such great people caring for them. The rudest billing department I’ve ever encountered. I called them to try to get a bill taken care of that they incorrectly billed in the first place. Instead of listening and acting accordingly, the billing associate I spoke to was rude, argumentative, and would not stop interrupting me so I could give her the information they needed. His death and gift of life donation was a journey which the hospital staff did everything possible to help my family and treated my son with the utmost respect.
