Recommendedthanks to everyone at aspirus ER yesterday I was scared out of my mind and everyone there made my son feel at home and was joking around with him turns out it was something minor we took the ambulance there cause I did not have my vehicle everyone was so great since we got in and I'm very appreciative of everyone that helped us thank you again so much from me and my family me and my Rj cant thank you enough!!!

like to give a big thanks to the post surgical care unit team in wausau that took care of me last Friday and Saturday everyone of you took the time and had taken the extra steps to take care of me amazingly and showed you really cared,thanks a bunch.
From my primary Doctor, Doc. Hubbard, to Dr. Santini, and the entire staff of the clinics to the staff of Surgical Dept. in Ironwood, some the very best care I've ever received. Thank You all for ALWAYS taking such good care of me.
while their medical services at the Rhinelander clinic are wonderful their home health services are horrible. Last minute cancellations. Poor communication. Less than adequate training.
My experiences with Aspirus have been Excellent. My most recent visit was the emergency room. I was admitted right away; the stitches that I needed were painless (and I'm told look great too; any scar that I might incur will be minimal); they lent me their phone and dialed it for me, so I could let my supervisor know what happened. They were very accommodating. I like Aspirus.
The billing department is absolutely ridiculous! They can’t keep your payments straight at all, let alone your accounts! I have 6 accounts and they have no clue why! They threatened me with collections but I have a $600 credit! Because they didn’t apply it to anything! And don’t even try asking for a supervisor because they are just as rude!
Luck of the draw on ER Drs. If you get a bad one you're done for. I've only known of 2 good Drs on staff and they ran one of them off. They don't respond to any criticism or complaints and if their Drs screw up they cover it up instead of dealing with them so we get better care. The people in the Keweenaw of the UP deserve so much better care.
