The worst place to move and don't leave anything in the assistant managers Lisa's hands she won't return your calls so your fees increase and there's nothing you can do about It. I wondered why so many people were moving out as I was moving in I can't wait to move out. Not worth the money at all
The staff here has gone above and beyond to accommodate me. They were running a promotion when I moved in that saved me so much money on my first months rent. They do an awesome job of sending out info on upcoming renovation/painting schedules. They basically communicate anything and everything you'd want to know about upcoming events, renovations, updated office hours via email. They open early and stay late occasionally for those who work late. I really have 0 complaints. This is the best place I've ever lived �
At my limit here. Horrible tenant service. I've asked for the breezeway to be cleaned because the nastiness has caused cockroaches to come through the plumbing in the bathroom. Not only were my maintenance requests unaddressed, I was it is not the maintenance team's job to clean the breezeway. IT'S NOT MINE AS THE RESIDENT! What kind of business practice is going on when your leasing agents spend all day rudely responding to emails rather than ensuring the problem was taken care of immediately.
Everything about this place is awful but the pool on weekends. The place gets flooded all the time.
Pretty good so far just lived her a month. No complaints. Like the free cooking class each month:)
