Employees are prejudice, condescending and treat residents with disrespect! they are rude, and he flat out lied to my face and when I called him out on it, he had the audacity to raise his voice at me. completely unacceptable. So far, I am enjoying living here. From the amazing staff, to the location, to the neighborhood and space . When apartment hunting, this is everything I wanted and Aspire has it all!
The maintenance team is excellent
I just transferred within the community & feel great about my decision to stay. Christa was very helpful navigating the transfer/lease process and she always makes me feel valued as a resident. Additionally, maintenance is always great. Can’t beat the location or proximity to the park.
I have lived here for 7 months and love it. Best experience I’ve ever had with an apartment staff.
I have been here for less than a year but am overall very pleased with the complex. The improvements to the facilities seem to be coming along nicely and I look forward to seeing them in their completion. The community is young which is great for young professionals.
