Dr. Griffith and the team of nurses at the Woodlands office are compassionate, extremely knowledgeable and an overall joy to be in their care. They are the A-team and I feel blessed to have chosen HFI for my fertility journey. I cannot recommend anything to improve upon (procedures, protocols, nor communication) because they did a wonderful job with everything.
We used Dr Griffith at the Woodlands location last time and loved the whole staff. This time around we used his Willowbrook office, and staff here is great as well. We did IVF in Aug/Sept, but unfortunately lost the baby at 6 weeks. The whole staff was very supportive and had great bedside manner. We were fortunate to surprisingly conceive naturally in January, and Dr Griffith and staff monitored my pregnancy and helped me feel confident with this new pregnancy. We love it here.
I honestly could not have asked for a better experience at HFI-Woodlands. From Dr. Griffith, to the nurses, and the staff at Piney Point, everyone was more than helpful, knowledgeable, and extremely caring. The staff makes you feel like they are truly invested in your journey each step of the way.
The staff at the Woodlands office (and I am sure the other offices) is amazing! They are very knowledgeable about all aspects of fertility issues we have run into and are also so caring and compassionate. Through our ups and downs they have been so supportive while providing excellent care. We recommend them to all of our friends who face any issues themselves.
Dr. Clapp was a wonderful and pleasant person to work with. The entire staff was patient with my questions and made me feel valued and important. I am so happy I chose Dr. Clapp to play such a crucial role in my life. We could not have asked for better care.
All of the nurse staff was excellent, was great but Jenese stood out almost them all. She was amazing!
It was great! Dr Griffith and Dr Witz are so amazing and never gave up on us during our long journey! The staff and nurses were incredible and answered all my calls and gave good advice and were so great to work with!!
I had a great experience with Dr. Klapp and the staff here at HFI. This is my first time being pregnant, and with it being an overall new/nervous experience, they really made my husband and I feel assured and informed of what to expect, and treated us well.
We had one small incident with a staff member that was dissolved right away. The staff has been attentive and answers all of our questions in a timely manner. We love that we can choose a location to go, so we are able to work with our team and our schedule. Dr. Griffith has been incouraging and beyond helpful during this process.
