Everyone is amazing. I always feel welcomed and comfortable. The nurses and doctors always explain things in a way that is easy to understand.
The staff is wonderful. Thank you everyone for starting this journey with us and taking care of us. Jessica and all the staff, even the admin staff were great.
The whole experience was just great, everyone is very helpful and kind. We definitely recommend this practice.
We loved having Dr. Witz through out IVF process. Everyone were really caring and supportive including the amazing nurses Sarah, Ashley and Asia. They all made sure that we followed every instructions and made sure that everything was up to date. We are looking forward to come for our baby #2
Dr. Jonathan Kim and his staff are amazing and care about their patients. I have gone through 6 rounds of IVF which itself is difficult but everysingle nurse and Dr. Kim have made me feel comfortable in my journey. I would recommend this placed to anyone.
Everyone at this office is professional and so very friendly. It has been a rough 2 1/2 years of trying to concieve but they all Have been so thoughtful and understanding. We finally got pregnant and are super excited. Even my oldest said when she found out I was pregnant ' I have been waiting my whole life for this'. Keep in mind she is only 9 years old. We went to a few different doctors before coming here. Dr. Witz and the nursing staff were the first ones to actually listen to us and hear what we wanted. He never pressured us and gave us all the facts and then let us make a decision from there. We could not have asked for better care and support during this process.
Great bedside manners. Attention to detail is spot on. I have always felt heard with my concerns. Nurses are very kind and took real good care of me. They were very prompt in responding back to me. The doctor and his team were always ready to address my needs. I have received the results in time and the notes from nurses to take medication is always prompt and clear. Overall, this team rocks. I would recommend them with out a second thought.
Dr. Kim was always very patient with me and all the 500 questions I would ask him at each appointment. After suffering a miscarriage at 13 weeks he kept an optimistic outlook at each appointment and instead of recommending the most expensive route (IVF) straight away he talked us through our options and his hopeful insight on our historical data (1 successful pregnancy - 2.5 year old daughter) and felt encouraged to attempt IUI before moving to IVF.
