Everyone at HFI has been very helpful with my whole experience. Since the beginning Dr. Clapp has told me exactly what to expect and recommended the best options always allowing us to make our own decisions. We are extremely happy because I am currently 8 weeks pregnant!
Dr. Clapp and her staff are wonderful. Everyone is super nice and helpful. They made our IVF journey easy. They were always available for questions and made the entire process less stressful. Highly recommend HFI and everything about it.

Everyone is very helpful in answering my many questions. From bloodwork to prescriptions, Veronica has been on top of things from the start! Roxxanne has also been very helpful. I enjoy interacting with the professional, friendly staff each time I am here. I am happy that with everything Dr. Clapp has recommended, I am pregnant!
Everything went smoothly with Dr. Clapp. I just wish I would have to seen her more often. She helped me very much to get a baby.
Although I am officially a patient of Dr. Clapp, I have seen numerous doctors here at HFI and have been highly satisfied with the level of care I have received from each of them. They cypress team have been the most caring and wonderful people throughout my journey. Especially Cici (Xiomara), she is been a great nurse during my scans and answering all my questions. Dr. Clap has also been a wonderful doctor and source of inspiration, no matter what our wishes were, she gave us her opinions honestly to guide us to a successful pregnancy.
HFI staff has always been very caring and professional. They helped to make a stressful time be less daunting. Dr. Yeh, Dr. Clapp and Veronica Cruz have wonderful bedside manner!
