I have absolutely loved every part of our experience here. During such an uncertain time, all of the staff makes you feel so welcome and do not rush any part of the process. I am so sad to leave and will recommend HFI to anyone who needs the services I love Whitney, Kelly and Rachel and looked forward to each visit with them!
This is my second conception with Dr Griffith and he is the best. He and his staff are very personable. Available and willing to answer questions and provided needed guidance. They made you feel at home, will miss Dr Griffith, Jenna, the lady who take the blood samples@ the 249 location, the ever smiling front desk rep @ the 249 location. Thanks for everything.
Dr. Clapp and her team were so amazing and attentive! I had a scare at different hospital a few weeks back but Dr.Clapp changed her whole day up so that she could see me, and even took me to an MFM to make sure everything was okay. She checked up on me even after and I felt like she was just as invested in this as I was. She truly cares. THANK YOU DR.CLAPP!!!
My experience at HFI has been fantastic! All of the staff, front desk, nurses and doctors have been extremely knowledgeable and very friendly, always patient with questions, and willing to help. When different concerns arose Dr Griffith offered additional tests to help increase the chance of success. The phlebotomist at the Woodlands location is hands down the best I have ever been to, I used to be terrified of giving blood, and with her you barely feel it. We could not have asked for better service. I wish we would have been better informed regarding the cost of ivf during and after getting pregnant. We greatly appreciate everyone at HFI.
Dr. Clapp has made this process so comfortable and reassuring. We went through a couple of set backs but her kindness throughout the process and her optimism helped us get through it and move onto trying again. She was there for us when we needed and available even by text when we had weekend emergencies.
Office staff were very helpful, they assist where ever we needed them (especially Amber and Yadira). Dr. Clapp was helpful when we saw her. We only saw her twice for 1 consult, and for 1 appointment. Overall our experience was great, i just wish i could have seen the dr i picked more often instead of other drs at other locations.
The offices were wonderful and professional. They always listened to my concerns and always answered all my questions. The nurses are so wonderful and helpful, and seeing the sweet phlebotomist every week was always a highlight. Thank you guys for all that you do!
We could not be happier with our care by Dr. Griffith. This was our third clinic and we knew we found our home as soon as we had our consult.Also, Jenna is exceptional and I could not have gotten through this without her or Dr. Griffith. All the nurses in Willowbrook are absolutely wonderful-THANK YOU SO MUCH!!
