Dr. Hoff was an absolute angel our entire journey with Apire. She listened, she offered a helping hand, and was always the light at the end of a dark tunnel. Her bedside manner and passion for what she does definitely shines.
I LOVE Dr. Nuerdeen, and the whole team at the Fannin location. I would not have been able to get through any of this journey without the constant guidance, support, and care of Judy and Elizabeth. Everyone is always there when needed, and even made coming in each time exciting. My experience has been wonderful and I appreciate everything. I would recommend your practice to all of my friends and family.
My overall experience has been great I have been seen at 4 different locations all with Dr. Witz but the staff at piney point has been the best in making my experience overall feel at ease. I would not change anything about this process to get where I am now. Dr. Witz thank you for not only your humor but knowledge and getting us one step closer to our goal of becoming parents.
Dr. Clapp, Veronica, and Roxanne have been absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. They are compassionate, and go above and beyond to be there for their patients. They were patient with our many questions and concerns. Dr. Clapp never gave up and found alternative ways to help us succeed when things were not going as planned. This is a wonderful clinic that I would refer to anyone needing fertility help.
All the instructions that were given were very detailed and the nurses did an amazing job answering all my questions and concerns! The doctor has amazing bedside manner and walked me through every procedure in great detail!
This has been a remarkable experience. The staff is informative, kind, patient, and very organized. I have loved this experience!
The staff was great and generally helpful when at the office. When getting started I felt there was a general lack of information on my expectations for procedures to begin. I was frustrated with not knowing things do not happen in December and there are delays in January due to insurance verificication delays.
Our overall experience with Dr Clapp and her staff were absolutely amazing. Everyone including Dr Clapp always went above and beyond in their service and care.
Dr. Kim and his staff are wonderful. They are quick to answer questions and give you all the information you need to feel safe and comfortable throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend all of them to anyone struggling to have a baby.
