Nice apartments. Staff was very helpful. Liked the location.
We do not need expensive apartments as graduate housing.
Apartments themselves are fine. Prices are WAY too high and will continue to skyrocket. Expect substantial rent increases of every year. Aspire is run by predatory company whose goal is to squeeze every penny possible from a vulnerable, underpaid, and severely indebted student population. Don't fall into their trap! Avoid Aspire!
Private company profiting off of poor students while receiving corporate welfare. They also use sleazy tactics to scare renters into renewing at much higher rates. Another sleazy tactic: getting their employees' whole families to write positive reviews.
Despite what others are saying, I have lived here for two years and have enjoyed it immensely. The apartments are spacious and very nice. The staff is attentive and always willing to help those who ask for it. Yes, price may be going up, but water, cable, etc. is going up too (it's called inflation) and the staff has no control over it. They do the best job with the resources they have.
