Please don't rent from this company. The property manager and the people who work at the front desk are unhelpful and inexperienced. They won't help you at all if you need to re-let your unit. They are very evil people. Their main goal is to take your money without giving you any services. Stay away from these people.
I personally would not recommend. I have had two roommates placed within the apartment I live in and both are complete opposites of what I asked for in the “questionnaire” I filled out. Honestly, I asked if I could get out of my lease due to feeling uncomfortable in my own living space and all I got was a “you can fill out this form and we can help you sublet but we make sure all of our rooms are filled first.” So another school year being uncomfortable and trying to stay out of my apartment.. thanks aspire!
You have other options, I promise. This place is incredibly expensive for very little space. Not only are one bedroom apartments about 500 sq ft, but they provide NO closet space. While the bedroom has two very shallow closets, one of mine was taken up by laundry machines, which WERE convenient, BUT they were mildew-y and constantly made the bedroom, and therefore the entire apartment, smell musty. Would really recommend not living here. I had a really short amount of time to sign a lease as I was moving in from out of state (and wasn't accepted into the University until the end of April), and Aspire was always the first option on Google (due to paid advertisements, obviously) so I just signed. If I wasn't so desperate to find a place as quickly as possible, I might have noticed how *insanely* overpriced it is for what you actually end up getting. $1,179 / month for a 500/sq ft apartment is actually nuts if you think a... read more

Todd, Samantha and I truly enjoy living in Aspire. The staff are always friendly and helpful, the apartments are awesome, and of course Todd loves the dog park!
Very modern, clean, quiet place to live. Dog friendly, I've only heard barking a couple of times, they are all very well behaved. Maintenance crew is always very friendly and understanding of your problems. Bus stop right outside the community center is .
